When you're gone, I will remember you, wish you good times and well being, and welcome you when you return. I thank all my friends to whom I can share my thoughts, feelings, and ideas with. I like to see you, good or bad times, to cherish the good and mourn the bad. My spirit is ever so brightened by friendships like these I have.
When I'm ill, my friends are so caring, they give so much to me. They welcome me at arrival with a wonderful smile and caring heart. I feel at a home away from home, a place I can be other than my birth where I feel secure and trusted. To see a friend go out of their way to do something for me every now and then, it just lights a long-burning candle inside my soul, which I vow never to blow out.
